Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF)

We provide quantitative, non-destructive elemental analysis using a vacuum-enabled Thermo Scientific ARL QUANT’X EDXRF analyzer. Each sample is measured using FP standardless quantification with multiple optimized conditions to ensure best accuracy.

Pricing

Quantitative XRF (FP Standardless): $45 / sample

Service begins upon PO confirmation or prepayment.

Sample Requirements

• Powders: ≥ 5 g
• Solids: ≥ 1 cm flat surface

Sample Handling Policy

• Samples may be cut or modified for testing
• Samples are stored for up to 3 months
• Samples are returned only if requested before testing
